Our featured speaker for the CCA North Sound membership meeting, Wednesday March 9th meeting at Holiday Market Sports in Burlington will be Annette Hoffman, WDFW Region 4 Fish Program Manager. The evening startst at 6:00pm.

Region 4 covers King County all the way to the Canadian Border (King, Snohomish, Skagit and Whatcom Counties) and topics of the evening will include warm water fishing opportunities in Region 4; the current WDFW budget process and perils; and the annual North of Falcon process which is a series of meetings between federal, state, tribal, industry representatives and other concerned citizens to plan the Northwest’s recreational and commercial salmon fisheries.

This is a must attend event and the last meeting before the 3rd Annual North Sound Banquet and Fundraiser to be held on April 15th in Bellingham. Tickets to the annual banquet and fundraiser will be available at the meeting.

Also that night we will have Chris Grieves, guide and owner of Northwest Fly Fishing Adventures talking about salmon fishing on the Skagit. This should be another great Pink year!
