I don't think it is...our ocean beaches are part of the State Highway System, and since you definitely can't shoot on them, I'm thinking the beaches are the same story...

Wildlife recreation areas, like "the sink" at Ocean Shores, it is legal. (Folks hunt ducks there)
I wouldn't bring 500 rounds and an AR out in front of the casino and start lighting things up, as you might get some attention.

I agree, not a very good place for a rifle.....
Shotgunning for waterfowl is a normal activity on the coast in areas where hunting is allowed.

where's lytle pit at? sounds close to home, would be really nice to be able to toss a few clays or sight in my rifle without worrying about getting chased off by rayonier's security guy.

Where you live there aren't many people. (Yes, I'm jealous) Unfortunately down here, too many people, so we have rules.
