I just got word today that my long time fishing buddy had a heart attack this morning! 42 years old and bam!!! Anyway Jose is resting comfortably
at Overlake in Bellevue. Say a prayer for him and his family that he makes it out ok!
Thanks,
Trout Master

Loc: Tacoma Wa,
Sorry to hear that TM
Let it serve as a reminder to all.
Change your evil ways before it's to late.

Like I am one fine example.
I am my fathers son.
I am the same as my father. (who died this spring from his forth heart attack) his started at 45 and he made it to 56 not bad for my family history.

I just got done with the doc. Had so many test done. I felt like a lab rat, all test were ok not great but ok.

So take your buddy fishing when he gets better.
That should drop his blood pressure a couple of points.

As for me I'm working on my evil ways.

BIG MAC = BAD

I will keep my fingers crossed.

TM,

Sorry to hear about Jose. Tell him I'll say a few "ommmm... ommm's" for him.

Basser, Jose's a skinny guy. Don't know if giving up Big Mac's will work for him.

TM, when are you ready for the next lesson? Sunday afternoon sometime???

Take his rod to the hospital, get him casting up and down the halls...he'll want outta there in no time. \:D

I know what he's going through, one of my fishing buddies died of a heart attack at 28. He was mis-diagnosed by his doctor ,doc couldn't find any reason for the back pain, when it was his kidneys shutting down. His heart couldn't take the stress of his kidneys going bad and walking in to work one day, massive heart attack. They figure he was dead before he hit the ground

That was a shocker It seems we all take health for granted,he was in great shape, not an oz. of fat on him...and he's gone at 28.

Good news all, I just got a phone call from Jose's
wife and he is home now. The doc said he has to rest for 5 day's. He has been taking care of himself so it wasnt diet or nothing. He did have a blockage in an artiery or something . It's an eye opener for me. But I will tell him all of you give him well wishes. Still amazes me that you can have a heart attack one day and be home the next!!!!!! \:D
