Saw this on 60 minutes tonight, guess we need a Federal Judge to start running the banking system and one for Wall Street etc..

The last thing in the world we need is more activists judges legislating from the bench.

Ya,those conservative ideals of deregulation and tax cuts for the rich worked out so well.

Saw on a program about a week ago a highlight of a guy who has remained in his house for six years without making a payment........six years! All because of a paperwork snafu.

Don't hold me to this, but I believe his payments were/are $1700/mo.

So, the bank couldn't legally foreclose, tell me.....anyone.....what right/justification makes if OK for the person residing in the home to do so??

Irreponsibility, it seems, is a rampant believe system.

On the homes I've foreclosed on, there was no mistaking what they owed, etc. These are folks who I've known for years. Pretty darned sad. I takes us anywhere from 120 days to a full year to get the home once we start, dependant upon bankruptcies, and if it was a judicial (farm) or non-judicial foreclosure (standard).

There just is no excuse for foreclosing on the wrong property, or causing damage to the wrong property.
