I am looking for people who would like to rent the upstairs at my place in Beaver.

It has 3 bedrooms and a half bath. Shared bathroom and kitchen downstairs.

My rent is $800 monthly, looking for someone to split that or two people to pay $200 each. This could be an ongoing thing or on a month by month basis.

Also, if anyone was interested in a weekly or even a weekend basis we may be able to work something out.

Its a great location to launch fishing expeditions.
