As spring has definately sprung, pushing 80 degrees at the end of March, what would say is your favorite time of year to fish?

September is mine. Great fishing in Eastern Washington, salmon starting to run and last days of panfishing adds up to a fun time.

Thinking of the upcoming year. banana

Gotta go with late September. Rivers are usually kicking out nice salmon, days are warm, nights cool. My garden is producing well and the kids are back in school! beer

You guys are a month too early. If I had my way there would be a ton of Octobers. Coho in the rivers, summer runs still around, Vedder River bonanza, days, etc. etc. etc.

October is nipped only because hunting happens to be starting for me. April is a right up there because the trout fishing is getting going and the walleye bite kicks into gear. Not to mention springer action starts infecting some of us also :p
