I just read the report on Ebey lake and I know it is next to impossible to get to. But what I read was the the lake is now private. How can that be when it sits on state land. Don't they still plant that little lake with cutts.

I would verify that information. My understanding is also that the lake is public land. I have been there several times (and caught some rather large trout). The road in has been closed ever since the first time I went , but we have always taken the bikes in and seen other people there a few times as well.

Bring a float tube if you have one.

No don't need any help there. But since you go there is there anything left of that old saw mill that used to be up there about thirty years ago.. It has been quite a long time since I've been there. And riding bakes is just to hard for me. If I can't drive to it anymore I usually don't go there. Just a little to old for that .

I tried to find this lake about one month ago. I talked to a local who gave me some crude directions and was not able find it. If someone would be willing to give me some accurate directions or wanting to go up after work sometime, I would greatly appreciate it. Please send me a message or post here.
