Yikes. 3+ million dollar boo-boo there. From what i could tell, the pilot wasn't wearing a flight helmet. Dumb. I think you can see his headset fly out of the ship as soon as the rotor strikes the cable. Incredible how quickly it all happens. From a hover to no moving parts in seconds. Scary how quickly the airframe starts to disintegrate. A milisecond after the rotor strike the tail assembly and rotor are already gone.

I remembered this one from a training a couple of years ago. As the pilot tries to recover from the blown approach, you can see the rear wheel catch the guardrail, causing the ship to pivot and dive instead of climb.
