Any tips on lakes to hit for one last hoorah on the Eastside this weekend? Thinking about hitting a lake somewhere around Moses Lake area. Haven't fished over on the eastside for Bass or Walleye this late and not sure what to expect. Any tips are appreciated. Thanks.

O'Sullivan would be a good bet this time of year. Crab Creek area and along Medicare Beach can be really good for Trout and Walleye. Based on what I've heard crappie have really been making a come back this year.

Also Soda Lake can be really good. There is a shallow bar toward the middle of the lake that has produced walleye for me in the past. Trout and Bass fishing at the Southern rock dam is good in the fall also.

Weather is suppose to be great this coming weekend.

Good Luck

Went to Soda and fished all day only catching small mouth dinks. Decided to fish the rest of the weekend at Potholes. Fished for Walleye and Trout at the North end of the Lake. Put some time in and ended up with a 22" Fat Rainbow. Thing looked like a Salmon. Trolled the Dam face later in the day. Caught some decent sized smallmouth and a 24" walleye. Not a bad trip, just had to put in some time to find the right location, depth, and presentation.

Glad you got some fish. Walleye one of the best eat'in fish around. Too bad about Soda, were there many people fishing there confused Usually gets good this time of year.

Weather was sure great. I was up by Lake Lenore got one nice 21" trout.

Love this time of year hello

Excellent! We're heading over Thursday Oct.7th for 4 days. Wish us luck! We normally focus on walleye but this trip we're gearing up for large mouth in the Dunes. Water level is higher this year, should be more accessible than past years. This is my 5th trip over to the pothole$ since May! I should just buy a spot at Mardon slap
