I am gearing up to do some ice fishing in the Okanogan this year. Rat lake I think is south of Okanogan. Was wondering if there are any other ice fishing lakes up there. The steelheading is very good on the Okanogan this year so I would like to combine the two since they both last through Jan and into February.

See my post on the other forum here for steelheading. They are catching steelhead like gangbusters at the bridge in Mallot. The convenience store owner there on the river has details... and hot coffee (rained like crazy this weekend).

I remember growing up in MALOTT(correct spelling LOL!!!) and the fishing was always better than the state said.

The steelheading is and will get better in years to come and the bridge in Malott is the spot usually near the middle piling or the Reservation side.
