To anyone who reads this - show up at the Mexican restaurant on Friday evening around 6:00ish (I think), as we will be having a raffle with some great prizes to give away.

Tickets are going to be $10 each, with a max number of tickets per person set at 10.

Dora, Barbie & Sponge Bob are loaded and ready for bear. Got my Jack-in-the-box floats ready as well. Gonna stop by the Salmon on my way up and sort through which two are the best with one of my guide friends. My bet is on Barbie and Sponge Bob. Might even stop and pick up another Barbie tomorrow, just cause.

Smoker is warming up, so we'll see how you guys like a cherry wood smoked chicken tomorrow evening. I'll have a few dozen eggs, and a few pounds of breakfast sausage for Saturday am as well.

Respooled and actually cleaned/lubed the ol' scooby doo reels. From our suburban streetlight, overhanded, option A (a vintage '05 scooby doo with a taped broken blank) almost hit the neighbors' Benz. That one's always been a good caster. Option B (not-as-vintage '08 scooby doo) is casting better than new out of the bubble wrap. Remember newbs, for pinpoint accuracy, overhand from inside the gunnel, underhand from outside. And "Don't look up".
