weather.com is saying the bad weather ends on Sunday... noth'n but sun next week....

man.. what a long run of crappy wind and rain...

so.. where's everyone headed when the rain stops???

think I'm going to hit the beaches for some red tail (or is that red fin??) perch on sunday...

after that I'll be watching river levels to see which one to hit for winter runs.... looks like the skook and the wynoochee will be the first to drop into fishing shape.. but you never know...

those rivers flow from dams and if the dam managers think there is too much water in the reservoirs they will be coming down much slower than the others...... gotta be lots of fresh fish waiting to be caught in all the rivers though..

Hey if Monday is nice maybe I'll give Beaver or even Island a try for some trout.

I get Monday off for my birthday. I will probably hit MA13 for some blackmouth.

When I'm in the area I like to drive by MA13 ramps to see what's happen'n.. (Mostly the ones at Hartstene Island, Nisqually Head, Boston harbor, and Arcadia).... haven't seen any activity at any of these ramps since early December.... so you should have lots of room to fish EL...

but that's where I'm going to head if the rivers are too crowded and the weather holds through the next weekend though....

probably put in at Nisqually head ramp and run over to drop a mooched herring out near lyle point to see if I can pick up a decent size blackmouth...

heard there was some pretty good action for Nisqually bound winter chum off the beaches near
steillacoom about a month ago, but every time I got ready to head out I just looked at the wind and the rain and found an excuse to work around the house....
