I think its obvious the Pats did a nice job in studying films ... Yep. They were quiet and humble all week Pats defense just ramped up in general as well. Pats O-line has done a great job. They're going to be tough to beat, playing like that.

Just talked to Hank on the way home. . .. .said he was REAL close to throwing something at that ginormous tv when Breez threw that last touchdown. .. .
Now time to go watch that game . . .was at Port Townsend at a memorial all afternoon and we have it recorded. . ..

Getting a football team 85 yds with 87 seconds left and 3 points behind, my first choice of a QB to do that would have been someone like Staubach or Montana or Brees or Rodgers or Marino or even Stabler. Nowhere in that progression would you have seen the much-maligned Alex(andra) Smith. Jeebus Keeryst, that summamabitch up and did it. No longer will I call him Alex(andra); he earned his stripes yesterday and he's Alex from now until he skrews up again. For all of you fellas that said the Niners would be one-n-done... SUKIT BEETCHES...NINERS WON, TAINTS LOST!!!!!!!

The talking heads are confessing. Alex Smith was a QB story this season and they hardly covered him with all the Tebowmania going on. More INT's than TD's going in Congrats to the 9ers. They earned it.

WTF happened to the Pack? I haven't seen a team so determined to lose a football game since the Niners of the past 9 years. I was thinkin' the Giants would pull it off, but I never dreamed they would get the game handed to 'em. Instead of the Niners packing up the mittens and mukluks and heading to the frozen tundra of Curly Lambeau to rassle with the cheeseheads, they'll have to hang around here to do battle with Little Eli and the Gigantes. Oh darn! I'll tell you right now, the Niners are going to the Stupor Bowl.. Anybody wanna bet?

A Georgia man allegedly shot at two football fans in a restaurant parking lot — critically injuring one — because he took offense to their cheering for the San Francisco 49ers as they faced off against the New Orleans Saints.
Donald Ray Ayro, 31, was being held without bond Sunday after the incident, according to a police press release.
Corey Adams, 30, told WSB-TV that he and friend Chris Middleton, also 30, were confronted by Ayro inside an Applebee's restaurant in Duluth, Ga., as they celebrated a 49ers touchdown in the playoff game.
"The only thing me and my buddy said was, we were excited that the 49ers scored," Adams said. "It was only one touchdown."
According to Adams, the Saints fan then left but told the men he would return.
About 90 minutes later, Ayro allegedly fired gunshots at Adams and Middleton in the restaurant's parking lot.
"I took off running and he started shooting at me and shot like four or five times and he grazed the back of my head," Adams told WSB.
Middleton was shot in the chest. He was taken to nearby Gwinnett Medical Center in critical condition.
Police found Ayro through Adams' description of him and his vehicle. He was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, police said.
The 49ers beat the Saints 36-32 Saturday

Does that mean I'll have to start carrying a sidearm? There's a born-and-raised in Louisiana and die-hard Taints fan doctor at work and he told me Friday the Niners WILL NOT WIN. I can't wait to see him...

People on the west coast that want the Gigantes to beat the Niners have been slammin' down the Haterade.
Just sayin'.
