Leach's Texas Tech team scored 45 points and threw for 520 yards against Cal in the 2004 Holiday Bowl.

Lupoi was hired to stem the losses that were happening in the recruiting dept. UW has lost quite a few recruits recently and Sark had to do something to stop the bleeding. There is no doubt the guy can recruit but can he coach em up after he signs them up?

It has also been reported that NIck Montana is transfering but that isn't really a surprise.

He coached first round D-line draft choices in both 2010 and 2011.

Here's another fun fact...Tosh is a D-line coach...WTF does that have to do with TTU's passing game? I'm pretty sure he wasn't even at Cal then, and if he was it was as a grad assistant.

Maybe the Cougar fans should remember Leach didn't turn TTU into a high power offense over night. He was 7-6 in his first season and that was against power house schools like: New Mexico, Utah ST, North Texas, Louisiana-Lafayette, Baylor (2-9), Kansas (4-7), OK ST (3-8). Not exactly a tough schedule.
