Does anybody know of any good trout lakes close to Rasar state park(by concrete). We will be staying there 4th of july weekend. we will fish the skagit river but also want to try a lake thanks

Baker lake is just north of you and is good for kokanee. Silver in Whatcom county is good but that's a bit more of a drive. I'd check out Baker.

Lake Shannon was putting out some good Kokanee numbers until the recent high water. I like little Everett Lake on the way to Shannon, it has the ocassional lunker. Depression Lake is usually good for some fish too depending on the water level.
