The sun came out, and what a nice day it was. Got to the Lake KI at 1 pm. Two other boats were putting in at the same time. I think I saw one other boat on the lake . I fished till 5pm. Stopped in time to see the seahawks get slamed . Caugtht my limit. Biggest was 16" about 1.5# nice and fat . All the others were 13". For you trout fishermen, you better get out there. 4 weekends left . This is one of the most productive trout fishing waters in snohomish and king county, with the nicer size fish planted .
Ive noticed over the last 8 years the holdover fish are not as long, the last 2 years, but they are fatter than I have seen them in 8 years. The food is good, and these fish will be nice next year.

this one was in Thurston County at Offut Lake resort. The naked worm rides again! It's a hook with a worm, no weight, no swivel. Cast it out (10 ft) and let it settle on the weed beds. It worked for me at Black Lake in Olympia. Thanks to Rob at Offut lake Resort to sugesting I try that method here on the dock, and giving it a name!

Sorry no picture yet , although I did take one. I use a disposable camera , and only take pictures of fish 16" if fat, and bigger. Those cameras have
28 pictures on them, so it takes a year to fill the roll up .
