Sometimes it looks like Hank can't understand that even Obama supporters disapprove of his job performance. Nonetheless, we ain't about to vote for the R candidate. The electoral process is all about voting against right wing nut jobbery. Admittedly it would be nice to have a D prez who is worth the pay. And the support.
When given the choice between bullcrap and horsecrap, you could do what I do and write in "None of the Above" on the ballot. Since our whole theory of government rests on the consent of the governed, and any meaningful consent would require the ability to withhold consent, you could, you know, withhold consent, if you disapprove of both candidates. But things will probably get better if everyone continues to vote for an unacceptable POS whose only saving grace is that he is slightly less unacceptable than another POS. http://nota.org/writein.htmIf you don't exercise your right to withhold consent, then it is too easy for special interests to present two candidates beholden to them running against each other and give you a meaningless choice. If you disapprove of Obama's job performance, why continue to support him, vote for him and spend your time and energy arguing on his behalf on some obscure fishing chat board?

All major polls show Santorum surging. Proof the cons don't want Mitt. One more thing the liberals have in common with the conservatives. Dave Mustaine, leader of the heavy metal band Megadeth, is ready to rock out for Rick Santorum. “Earlier in the election, I was completely oblivious as to who Rick Santorum was, but when the dude went home to be with his daughter when she was sick, that was very commendable,” Mustaine recently told MusicRadar.com. “… You know, I think Santorum has some presidential qualities, and I’m hoping that if it does come down to it, we’ll see a Republican in the White House… and that it’s Rick Santorum.”. .

Mustaine spent a few too many years with a straw up his nose and a needle in his arm to have any credibility in the arena of political punditry.
I AM a Megadeth fan though...

Wow!! So some drugged out Hollywood type likes Santorum because he stopped campaigning for a couple of days to be with his sick daughter. Well, I guess that does put him a notch above Gingrich.
Damn Hank you are really looking hard for any good news you can find.
How about the Rasmussen poll that shows Obama is gaining in popularity and would beat any R candidate easily. Did you miss that one?
I don’t blame you. It’s getting more and more apparent the Rs have screwed themselves. They don’t like their only half sane candidate and the whack job darling of the loony right most certainly could not get elected. Looks like another four years of a mediocre president.
Like Aunty says it’s America that gets screwed.

Afraid DV has it right, we are in for another four years of a middling President that will waffle and wane without truly having the backbone to get the things done that we need and the Repubs have done themselves in by signing onto a contract with a DC lobbyist that is too extreme, not to mention the Sleaze party wackjobs!

I'm sure we'll see it copied and pasted somewhere down the line.

UPDATE... Megadeth front man Dave Mustaine is still a political free agent. A day after causing some head-banging over his seeming endorsement of GOP presidential candidate Rick Santorum, the 50-year-old heavy metal singer/guitarist said he’s still undecided about which Republican would get his vote. “Contrary to how some people have interpreted my words, I have not endorsed any presidential candidate,” the rocker said in the release, obtained by Billboard.com. “What I did say was that I hope to see a Republican in the White House. I’ve seen good qualities in all the candidates but by no means have made my choice yet. I respect the fact that Santorum took time off from his campaign to be with his sick daughter, but I never used the word ‘endorse.’”. Could that put an end to the Rick-mentum?

It appears with all of your flippin and foppin that you couldn't think your way out of anything. If you hadn't already screwed it up so bad you might have had a job as a GOP politician.
Oh wait! Just join the clown-show now and you'll be right at home.

Fishy Your idiotic party has become the master of flip flop ... find some game other than simply accusing one other of being a clown show. Its lost any laughable appeal since YOUR party is beyond stupid.

You and Hanky are the clown-show here, if everybody's laughing and you don't get the joke then YOU are the joke.
Sorry had to clarify that for you.

Posting your usual response does nothing to disincline me of thinking you are indeed an idiot.
Carry on though.
