Hey guys, after visiting the Three Rivers Marine website, I checked the most recent reports. The Snoqualmie has been the best biting river so far for the fisty little chromes. Many people disagree, and say the Skykomish is producing thoes nice Cohos, and Chums. Both rivers seem to be an excellent choice for anyone who wants to get out of their house, and hit the rivers. I'm not a hundred percent sure on how the Skykomish has been really doing, some people have been catching Chum? But I can say that I mangage to get of work, and hit the Snoqualmie, I went to Fall City to see the action, theres a spot under their famous bridge. I must have seen a 2 dozen guys, and Gals in their waders working the Fly, or either their famous "Freshly Cured roe rig, under the float." I didn't catch a fish, unfortunately, but I can say within the few hours I was there, I saw a guy and his wife land two Hatchery Steelies. This weekend I plan to try the "plunking", technique, with some fresh roe, and a Spin&Glo. Good luck to anyone that fishes these rivers, but try not to over fish it, for the run will only last for a few more days, judjing the amount of people landing a Steelhead every 5 minutes..... If anyone fishes the Skykomish tell me how you do, I'm interested in Fish Hunter 07's pink jig strategy. I would like to catch a nice chum. Good luck!
