Discuss. LOL We're talking about 45K that was paid out over (x) years for scouting services. "Regarding Will Lyles, UO both received oral reports from his service, but also did not receive frequent enough reports to meet NCAA rules." Some are saying that the rules may not be definitive enough in this area to even make it a punishable violation. The consensus.....
At the end of the day the NCAA will have to determine if any unfair advantage was gained by UO and dole out punishment based on that.

They'll get spanked...and I think that this will open up a few more cans of worms other than just a bunch of money given to Lyles to go buy players with.
Story is that Lyles has already confessed to his role in the scheme, so the "failed to report enough" will not get anywhere.
