Well, the Maury Island one got shut down so the gravel has to come from somewhere I guess. King Co. usually comes out ahead on these matters you know.

Under the agreement, CalPortland agrees to provide up to $200,000 for development of the restoration plan.
That money is to DEVELOPE THE PLAN.........not to pay for the restoration.
