Holy sh!t. This is still going on. The only thing that talks more than us ... is Todd I can hear him down here in Vancouver. He's singing at the moment....must be twisting up some spinners.

Todd is taking a beating on a Tacoma thread? Sounds like you guys are a little obsessed.

All trucks should have dual piston calipers ... My 05 F250 is at 77K and still on original brakes you serious...? 302000 on the 97 T-Rex100, original brakes on the rear, 1 set of pads up front, original clutch on the 5speed, I thrash on it and can't even put a g'damn hole in the seat. I've said it before, all trucks are good when they're new..... some just stay new longer than others.... a lot longer (disregard the gauge panel hygiene), thinking of throwing a bit of dough at her and going through the timing belt, wheel bearings, u-joints...maybe even throw the third set of sparkplugs in her then seeing how she's feelin' at 400grand. Have hauled a 4wheel pop up camper for probably 30,000 of these miles with my foot mashed down on the floor for 90% of that, towed a 19' thunderjet down to the Big C with the camper on and a 300 lb fishing partner.. I put airbags on the rear axles just so I could load 'er down, a yard of gravel weighs a ton....no problem. So don't give it a thought...Tojo can tow.

Cobble Cruiser has convinced me. I know my 19' Super Vee is lighter than his Woolridge and that's the truck I've been looking at. The only thing about the Toyota is it's really hard to find one with leather interior. Seat covers would be installed. Christ, as long as this thread has been going, I should have already bought the truck and put 20k miles on it. Thanks for the input guts. I got alot of good information.

Not sure if the first gen Tundra limited had leather but you can get it in the second gen Tundra limited. Fishy
