gas has gone up 20 cents at the 7-11 in the last three days...they were saying on some news show how its going down..well not here im my neck of the woods..

its not going down here because of a bunch of refineries that are offline on the West Coast, and supply is down here, so price is going up...

I think the local news said they expect it to go up 12 cents before it levels off here in Washington, something to do with the refineries. Not sure how that works or if it is true.
