First, an apology. We're finishing up with a major site upgrade and our blogs have temporarily disappeared from the front page.

looks like you guys had a killer time up there! speaking of blogs, what happened to Duane's summer run shrimp cure recipe that I saw on there a few weeks ago?

thanks for posting the coon shrimp link but the one I'm talking about is that simple sugar and salt cure write up he did on curing store bought shrimp. The title was something like keeping it simple for summer steelhead or something. and it was an overnight cure so they're ready to fish the next day. Sorry for the thread jack.

All you can hope for is a great season down along the coast of the lower 48!
We have had and are still having some of the best King fishing in years up in Yakutat.
The Halibut fishing has been off the charts as well.

Enjoyed your reports while I was hanging in Craig, AK over the last few days, was scratchy for sure....even had to lower the bar and fish the riggers a bit this time around... blush

Glad you got into them, Slayer! A few days of nice weather and not having to go to work is just a bonus. wink
