Anyone willing to share any ideas to make our scouting job easier would be much appreciated. We'll be staying at my inlaws' cabin up near lake Wenatchee, so we would prefer to look in the western end of the unit. We may also hunt some areas not in the Mission (North of Highway 2) so any info on the whole area would be helpful. I talked to a biologist who said the local deer were pretty much scattered all over. We have scouted some- but a lot of the drainages are real steep and real thick- more like Westside than Eastside. We'll be up there a few more times this summer for scouting, and we'd appreciated it if someone with some local knowledge could give us some general info.
