3 days until I leave for a week of deer hunting. I can't wait to get up in the woods and try to slay the deadly Mule deer.Will be heading to the central part of the state. Who else is heading out this weekend?

I will be out there trying to get into some sort of shape for Elk season and trying to find out where they are hiding. Good luck.

I'm heading over to Winthrop,the Mule deer aren't as mean over there.

It's killing me to be home right now. All I can think about is going hunting! I will be heading out friday morning to south eastern. Should be a good year, all the area around the unit I hunt was burnt. Hopefully ALL of those deer ran to my undisterbed hunting ground?

I leave Thursday morning for 10 days of elk and deer in Idaho! I can't wait.

it's been a long 2 weeks.
spent last weekend trying to chase elk, but couldn't find the elusive washington trophy spike bull to chase.
