I need some help with the area.

I have a buddy that drew a hound permit and was wondering if anybody knew much about the area. I think his boundary goes from Bellingham south to the Everett area. It doesn't go to far East. Just wanted to know about land access and what not. Thanks.

It all depends on how far east the boundary is.

Pretty limited access. The northeast part of the unit might have some timber company land to hunt.
