If you are just looking for a non-backpack style, I highly suggest the SealLine drybags. Even small drybags have an ability to hide items so a clear one is the way to go IMO.

Cabelas has roll top dry bags starting @ $25.00.I used one and it only lasted me about 3-4 years before the PVC wore out @ the creese points.Good luck,
