Spent 3days at riffe fishing for silvers. Save your time and try elsewhere. Nothing being caught by dam or fishing bridge. Beware of signs to Cowlitz Falls camp ground. Vandels have been turning signs around.

I'm intrested in going to Riffe in the next few weeks. I was there earlyer and had about the same results as you. is the water still really low or has it came up. I think it was about 40' low when i was there. any info is apriecated. What about swaford pond anything going on around it?

dcrzfitter: Water still low but it looks like it might be gettig higher,very slowly. Wdfw said that fish were being caught but I didn't see anything. It sure doesn't deserve a trip. Heard one report on swafford, it still is pretty slow. Good time to fish Brownlee Resevoir down by Baker Oregon. Giant crappie are being caught, no limit!
