I don't participate on any other fishing sites. If someone else does, give her my best and let her know there are many here that would love to have her back. Her perspective, sense of humor and determination were appreciated.

I consider Marsha a friend, and give her a hug whenever I see her. While we have had disagreements, I still care very much about her. She is a selfless woman who gives freely of her time, heart, and effort.

I personally don't care what AM's up to, as long as she's happy doin' it. Some of the classless personal attacks that have been posted, and always initiated by the same bunch are certainly reason to find another place to hang.

While I've never met her I imagine her to be just as you say she is. That was my impression of her anyway.

I for one hope she comes back...I've always enjoyed her banter on the boards, and enjoyed her company in person even more...but if you actually take this stuff serious enough that you think you need to leave...then you're right, you do.

That being said...she'll be back. It's not the first time she's left.

I couldn't have said it better than what is already above. I never met her but would have given the chance but I think you guys have her pretty well pegged. I am surprised by all of the positive opinions though, not because she deserves less, but because of the way she was treated. I always thought she deserved a little consideration given her eventually finite amount of tolerance for bunch of foul mouthed, thoughtless jack_sses.

Exactly. as far as letting things on the internet get to you, there's a certain point where it crosses the line from requiring thick skin, to being too personal. Kind of like the jack_asses you mention, or like when some comments were made a while back about someone's girlfriend and they got pissed off. Should they have been told they needed thicker skin? No, they are fine, it was something that crossed the line and they had good reason to be pissed off.
