What does the DHS do that the United States Army couldn't do ?

Why is it better to have a separate (new) entity ?

yes, first you have to get rid of the bullets and weapons they snatched up, then the drones, then the tanks, then tell the people to go jump off a curb....

funny how we have to suffer 85 billion in cuts as American citizens, but they dont have to worry about spending money at all... next thing you know they will be purchasing Cobra and Huey Helicopters...

also, DHS is only allowed to operate within the borders of the United States, where as the US Army operates everywhere, including international countries...

DHS can take up the slack and control this land, while the US Army per say goes and controls or brings under control another country like Iraq...

i honestly dont think we need them here... its not like they are protecting anything...
