Some friends of mine recently bought whole salmon for $5 right off a boat in Fishermens Terminal in Ballard. Check it out at http://www.zverina.com. Put your mouse on the picture to get a better look at the fish. I can't really tell but they look like Kings. My friends didn't know any better. It's practices like this that fill the commercial's arguments full of holes. Scum.

Never mind. They're chums. I guess it was still a good way to try and get votes....

they bit us square in the backside on that one. unfortunately the average public couldn't get pass their greed to scoop up those cheap fish to clearly see it was a ploy on the commercials part. they were just trying to promote chums my butt! they sold them for equal money or a loss at what they would have gotten wholesale($.25/lb). they lost money in gas and crew wages catching those fish. i'm sure everyone that bought fish got an earful about "see what we do for you and put on your table" rhetoric.

Yes they must have gotten an ear full. The final count is in and it looks like the Nets are going to be killing fish for years to come!!! It's a sad day in Washington. I had a bad fealing when the yes side wasn't getting the trueth out intime.
