Going down to the litz on saturday and would like to know how much cutthroat gear to take along. You might want to keep an eye on the river level website http://wa.water.usgs.gov/rt-cgi/gen_tbl_pg. I fished below the Barrier dam yesterday morning. It was running between 12 and 13 thousand cfs. It was fishable at that level. I drove past it on I5 today and it looked muddy.
