Okay, so my boat has sat for a number of months. The fuel in the tank is E10, but it's Valvtect Marine (pumpted from Edmonds fuel dock) plus marine sta-bil I added myself.

So the question -- before I start her up this year, what if any routine or otherwise maintenance should I do? Once started, should I top off the tanks immediately? I ran them down pretty low before end of season.

Any additives (ring-free/quickleen?) worthwhile?

Definitely top it off. The fresh dilution will likely be sufficient to offset any ill effects of the older fuel.

You could siffon/pump it out and burn it in your truck, but personally I wouldn't bother. Keep in mind that my opinion is based on running 2 strokers (although my kicker is a 4 stroke). I run mostly wide open and I'm not a troller, so your needs may very well be different than mine.
