I've seen 'em.

5 bright lights....as bright as a welder's arc, hovering at about 2000 feet...4-5 miles away.
Ceiling about 5000 feet.

They sat there for several long seconds, moving slightly.
Then suddenly, one at a time they shot up into the cloud deck.

A helo with a searchlight might have been able to imitate the hover condition, although the brightness could not be matched.
We have nothing in the inventory that could match the vertical speed (from hover) that I witnessed.

It's true, makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand up.
I remember thinking, "SOB, we're not alone."

ive seen something, that i couldnt and still cant explain...

when i was young and out at our cabin, i was fishing off of Wa Wa Pt for rocks out of the boat, and looking towards Oak Head which is the inlet to Bangor, and i could see something small, yet sleek hovering above the point...im not sure on distance, but i would say i was 2-3 miles? away.. when i was that young, my dad wouldnt let me take the boat out of sight, or very far for that matter, but when i saw that, my first reaction was "whats that?", reeled up, fired the motor, and full bored it taking off towards Oak Head... im watching the thing as im clippin along, and after about me going roughly 500 yards, it shot straight across the horizon faster than anything i have ever witnessed in my life, and was GONE...

i stopped the boat kinda dumbfounded, turned around and saw my dad waving on the deck of our neighbors property, so i turned around, knowing i was going to get in trouble, and headed in.... when i got back, it was completely different than i expected...

my dad was first like "what the hell was that?" and i said you saw it too? yes... i dont know what it is dad... he then says "i think thats enough time in the boat today" and told me to go take a shower since i was covered in fish slime and herring guts, he was kind blank staring out there when i went up to the house, and sat down there for a good 30 minutes staring out talking to the neighbor who saw it as well...

even when i was in my 20s, and would ask what he thought it was, it was always the same thing..."I dont know Nate, i really dont know"....


i was around 9 or 10 at that time, and thats when i realized, if you think that we are the only life forms in this universe, you are entirely full of sh!t... wether you have seen them or not, there is entirely too much evidence that they do exist, far far more than say Bigfoot...

the real question is, what are they doing?

Prolly doing the same thing we do when we penetrate deep into the Amazon.....observe.

Apparently, we're subjects in someone's science project.

i picked something up in a photo taking pics of the stars not that long ago, ill see if i can find it... its rather odd looking...

here it is... could be a shooting star i suppose, but i have been tryin to capture Lyrid Meteors and Eta Meteors (last night and tonight for the Eta's) and havent captured a damn thing, and this has been for a couple weeks now... this was just before the Lyrids started even showing up as well i think it was.... anyways, im sure you can spot it.... the shutter was left open for 8 seconds (max with this camera), and its still faint... most pictures i have seen from the showers, are way brighter, some even using lower shutter speeds, but nicer cameras... so the only thing that i can figure, is that this was REALLY far away, as its so faint...

i dont know what it is Hank, i know it wasnt a plane, because i was photographing them too, and they are WAY brighter... and even with my own eyes, i havent seen a meteor here yet, theres alot of light pollution so i have to work around it... ive thought i saw a couple, but as you know, my eyes arent the greatest anymore...

anyways, this is one of a plane (i think), you can tell the difference...

I believe NOTHING the guberment says or does.

I saw a UFO once. But I figure it is just a secret aircraft. There are plenty of things we shouldn't know that our country does and that is fine by me. R&D in the military field is secretive because it should be.

As far as a message from ETs being suppressed, if they wanted to let us know than they would. They would have to be multiple millennium further advanced than us to get here. They could take over our world, shut it down, whatever, rather easily.

I think that it is pretty arrogant of us to think that we are the only living beings in this universe.

That said, I'm not so sure on the whole UFO issue, as traveling at the speed of light, wormholes, and other means of travel that would be needed to span great distances involved are, at least to us, theoretical at this time.

I saw some crazy green lights hoving in the sky when I was younger. was positive it was an Alien spacecraft. Problem was I was frying at the time.......

i wouldnt understand why anyone, would think that there isnt a planet potentially just like ours, with possibly the same type of things on it, in the universe somewhere... i mean, where here right?

A UW professor just found two around the same sun that look to be very similar to Earth in size and composition.

The Kepler telescope's only mission is to find nearby exoplanets. It was launched a couple of years ago but scientists are just now digging thru the data.

BB yea i read about those a couple weeks ago, they are in close proximity to their sun that it could sustain life there, without being way too hot, or way too cold like other planets are... its like 1000 light years away tho, so its going to be tough for us to explore it... hopefully we can figure that out...

we just launched a scram jet a week ago that got to Mach 5, so thats a start....
