River Nutrients Registered: 03/08/99 Posts: 4092 Bobstep, Cascade to Concrete is about a 20 mile float; kind of a long drift in January. Cascade to Rockport or Rockport to Concrete are usual one day floats. The Marblemount launch (Cascade) has a 10 am or later guideline or rule by the Forest Service during eagle season. Marblemount to Sutter Creek is a good half-day float. Marblemount to Rockport is a full day, but in the winter most of the fish seem to be caught from Sutter Creek to Fabers. River was in great shape. Caught 5 nice dollies. No sight of any steelhead.
