I bought a lake boat a couple years back, and this motor came with it. It's an early 80s model DT-25 Suzuki 2-stroke that appears to have been very lightly used. I have planned all along on trading it or selling it to get a 6 or 8 hp 4-stroke to use for putting around the tidal Chehalis, as under the former rules, I could have done that without licensing my boat or getting a boater education card. Between the new rules and me coming to grips with the fact that my daughters aren't very interested in fishing with Dad much, I've decided to sell the motor and make the boat "officially" a lake cruiser.

As you can see, she comes with a Fish-on! Troller, which still functions great.

I don't know much about motors. I've never run this motor since I bought it, but I did start it and make sure it ran good and pissed a healthy stream when I bought it. The owner told me it had very few hours on it, for what that's worth. I don't know what to look for, but it looks very clean to me.I understand this should be worth something like $500-$700, and I'm thinking the lower end of that range would be fair.
