Flea can back me up on this! A long leader, bare hook and and 4" of pencil lead! Duh!

No, not really. I love a good black bugger, especially for trout.

Still trying to figure out my favorite salmon rig. I like a good nightmare jig. I like eggs, but to messy for me! Im looking into sno. bait co. and their awesome looking artificial eggs. Yarn and smelly jelly always works around my neck of the woods. I know that is a sore subject here...but it catches me fish. Its been good for the last 10 years to me.

A good ole yarny under a bobdicater off my 8wt for steelhead. Going to try the sno. bait co. eggs and pink worms this winter.

Eppinger Original Dardevle. First marketed in 1912 as the Osprey. Renamed the Dare Devil in 1918 to honor the fighting Marines of WWI. Years later the name was changed to Dardevle, so as not to confuse and offend Christian conservatives, devil worshippers, or members of the Book Burners of America. Fished in a variety of sizes and colors, the Dardevle will catch many fish species. This model is particularly good for trolling:

I've caught a lot of different species on that size spoon.

I'll just say the passive aggressive answer; My favorite lure = ALL OF THEM!

It seems to me that I have a favorite new lure every other day. This year it has been plugs. What's my reasoning? Nothing! I just like them right now!

Last year, it was hoochies. What reason? I just thought they looked nice!

The year before that? Spoons! Why? Because!

Which brings me to my point! Please help the gear whores on this site and start posting more pictures of lures! haha. I think that was the intent of this whole thread. To make us want something we dont already have.

Stimulate the economy. smile
