It looks like the same kind of country we just just hunted Dave, just a bit further east and a bit north.

Last week the family and I hunted north central Oregon for a combination Mule Deer / Upland bird hunting getaway. No sage hens for us either, although we did jump a wild hog and plenty of turkey. We did get into some fine bird hunting however with tons of Phez, and flock after flock of Hun and Chukar to keep the shotgun barrels warm.

I think we will go back for another go as well.
