I got a small assortment of Salamander sinkers and now have tried them 3 days. Only lost one and that was 40 feet up in a tree, oooops, my fault.

I have not lost even one while drift fishing am I am sold on them.

They are a bit expensive but if they continue working like they have so far, I'll continue using them.

I want to thank Salamander Sinkers for setting me up with a great product.

i seen people use them they were snagging on bottom also they catch too much current too bulky for deep water they work ok in shallower water. i perfer cannon ball to get down quicker to where they are holding.

Johnny at Salamander Sinkers has sent me a couple packages over the past couple of years. They are great for bobber doggin. Slide right over any bottom. I just use a 3/4 oz float and one of the biggest salamander sinkers. Fool proof system.

I can't really figure out why they don't get hung up but they don't! We have fished them in some snaggy rivers and joke every time we get hung up and get back our sal sinker. They are kind of bulky but they work great!
