You can buy Glo bug yarn straight thru their shop in Anderson California. For $2, you can get a color chart with actual samples of each color they produce. Will post again tonight when I get home from work with an address, and phone number if I can find it. Usually takes me three weeks to get an order back form them. It costs $2 per bag, and it lasts forever. I have enough yarn to knit about 4 xxl whoopass bright sweaters. Sorry I didn't have it for you this morning. Hint: Champagne and Cotton Candy "might" be really good colors in low clear water. Hmmm

Hawk is exactly right! I use Glo-Bug yarn for my products, and I know for a fact that Bob uses it also. I use it because it is the fluffiest yarn on the market that I know of. It comes in a variety of colors. Champagne is a great color! Very light pink. I use a color called salmon roe, it is a peachy color, very very good color! As far as purple goes I know Head Hunter makes purple yarn, I am not sure if Glo-Bug offers purple or not.

Thanks,
Andy Matthews

Glo bug has both light purple and dark purple. Light purple and cerise is a rotten color combo also. Not to mention apricot and egg (aka The Wench Killer) Enough already. If you want a near death experience story involving a 1 inch piece of glo bug yarn, ask for it, and I'll have you wetting yourself in short order.

I'll save Hawk the trouble. The Bug Shop in Anderson CA is on 20922 Dodson Lane, 96007. T: 530-365-1368; F: 365-3719. Delivery charges are $2 an order and the Glo-bug yarn is the stuff to order in any combo of 36 colors.

For the really budget minded, check out the salmon section of http://www.gofishin.com (a fishing tackle liquidator). I've bought enough of three or four colors of yarn to knit Hawk an replacement set of coveralls after his Fence Line Own Goal.
