I never thought about the option of trucking from priest rapids dam to above wanapum dam.

in any case this is going to a royal PITA for the ACOEs to address.

Spent some time in the area, over Easter. The water draw down is VERY evident, lots of large areas of "what looks like sand bars". I drove down the west side until I got below the dam.....of course they won't let you get close but there is still lot's of water being released.

No launching any boats.....end of ramp 30 -40' from the water.
