Lebron and the cavs will find a way to surround him with talent. The NBA is about superstars forming alliances with big markets or other superstars to achieve success. Nobody has a "team" anymore. There is no loyalty to a city or fans. Your fame is derived from success and to be successful you need to surround yourself with talent which he will. The Spurs are a good story, relying on ageless vets and bringing up and grooming talent because of top of line coaching staff, but they are definitely an anomaly.
