Has anyone been up to Neah Bay this season for the flatties? Heading out Friday to fish for Halibut and some bottom fish. Will probably fish the usual...........Swiftsure....for the butts. Any recent reports would be appreciated.

Just got back from the tip of Washington.....Neah Bay and was skunked on the Halibut. Fished Swiftsure for most of the day with pipe jigs and octopus but was denied any flatties. Probably 15 boats out at Swiftsure, we saw a few at the cleaning docks. However, we did manage to hit our 10 sea bass and 1 ling......"with the new 1 ling limit for the ocean, rather quickly. The new regs sure make it tough to due the long trip to only keep 1 ling cod in the ocean, last few years being 3. Came back a day early.......boat problems. Oh boy, the fun of owning a boat.
