Vapes, patches, gum, lozenges... if you use them to transition from smoking to not using nicotine then they may be useful, otherwise they will just keep you hooked and you will smoke again. Most the guys I know who use the vapes chain-vape worse than they chainsmoked, and smoke cigarettes as soon as they have a beer. Fish on...
