Other than fishing and hunting?
Antiques.
My wife looks for WW2 items and I am always looking for salmon fishing tackle. Most anything nostalgic can get us excited though and we are on the road almost every weekend. Last fall, we took a trip to California to visit my sister and hit 34 shops on the way down and half a dozen more on the way home, all over the course of seven days. We aren't opposed to garage and estate sales either.
We can't afford any high ticket items- our budget is usually less than $50 but it is still fun just to see things like an ivory chess set for $25,000 or a first edition of Moby Dick for $15,000

In the legend of King Arthur, the Fisher King was a renowned angler whose errant ways caused him to be struck dumb in the presence of the sacred chalice. I am no great fisherman, and a steelhead is not the covenant of Christ, but with each of these fish I am rendered speechless.
I collect anything to do with NW salmon fishing from 1930's-50's. Wooden plugs, derby memorabilia and especially trolling spoons. Only problem is JTD already bought up all the good stuff !

In the summer I play golf (usually poorly) and a lot of softball tournaments. I definitely enjoy hunting deer and elk in the fall (although it cuts into prime fishing), the rest of the time is spent chasing kids around and coaching their sports.

Nice. That reminds me, I played poker pretty hard there for a few years. Never won thousands but won some tournaments here and there. My dad won his way into WSOP but was bounced on day 2.
It brings out the worst in me though so I don't play very often anymore. I guess you could say it was a vice and now it's a versa.
The following video pretty much describes the experience. Since it depicts drinking, smoking, gambling, domestic violence, littering, and contains crude language, it's near perfect for this thread.

I made it down there 2 years in a row. Played some of the smaller events like Event 20 in 2013. Sat next to Vanessa Selbst and Daniel Negraneau. It was pretty amazing. Carlos Mortenson was on the table.
Vice? I play Poker. (I am playing right now!)
