Lil' Brown Guy got a nice present yesterday - a couple of tix to the Hawks / Cards game. Lil' Brown Guy also wore his Simms boat jacket to the game and forgot to empty all his pockets. Security no likey, so Lil Brown Guy had to hoof it back to the car before kickoff. It all ended well and Lil' Brown Guy got his football game on. HBD ya' Heathen!

Curious about what you had in your pockets that the man didn't like. Just some random fishing gear...a spoon here or there. I will say finding the lil' bugger in a big crowd takes some work. You gotta look for the gap where a person should be standing. I should have brought one of those springy kid's leashes and clipped it to his jacket. We almost had to go to the lost child counter a couple of times - not that we would have claimed him or anything. He's on the water now so hopefully he's found his birthday fish...

Thx all for the Birthday wishes! Yes Nick took me to the game on Sunday, pretty awesome defeat! Security doesn't like people forgetting a full magazine in their back pocket. So the next morning I woke up early on the BDAY, Skybillie Hound dog and I went for a nice hike, swung some spoons with nothing to show for before the wind picked up. It's hard to fish with confidence when your spoons are being blown up out of the zone.... Forecast was not predicting those heavy gusts I saw yesterday morning.... the GF took me to the Ballard Annex Oyster House for dinner, not bad but not somewhere I'd go again besides for $1.50 HH shooters.
