has anyone recently fished the Samish river. did you catch anything? what part of the river and what did you use to catch them with. this is my first time fishing the river.

Dude, your profile says you're 'fishslayer'. Enough! Samish River kings start rolling in around late August and good fishing can be had through September. Some locals have seen fish as early as late July. Labor day weekend is considered the unofficial kickoff. Use eggs.

And if people don't respond to your posts, repeating them is just irritating. People probably haven't responded because there's nothing going on at the Samish right now. That, plus some offensive remarks that your "best friend" made. Try back in a month and a half, and the whole board will be talking about it!
