I need some advice, pros, cons, and any other useful information from those of you who have drifted or rowed a Bi-Yak. I am in the market for a craft and am considering the Bi-Yak, along with the Steelheader and am suffering from a sever case of buyers anxiety, one man, two man, price, quality, and so on. ANy help to ease my condition would be much appreciated - plus my wife would appreciate me not asking her input anymore. thanks - Gary

I've seen pics of them they look like cute little plastic boats no seriously tho, they would probably work on a nice mellow river.Look at a real catraft and if you want to fish 2 people don't go smaller than 12'if you are an experenced oars man otherwise go with a 14' or larger...good luck

I rowed the bi-yak around in the bay. Seems real cool. I met the guys who build them at a tackle dealers show in denver a few years ago. They came to visit not to long ago and rowed the upper duc.
The boats where devoloped to guide in serious white water in Aspen Co. I cant remembet the river they work on, but there is lots of class 3 And 4 water. They where too price for us to carry them on a small flyshop budget. They seem like tough boats. Email me if you want the guys Number, his name is Brett Gardner.
