Apparently ISIS militants have been burning canabis fields in Lebanon, and the growers have had enough.

If only the US Gubmint and specifically the CIA had experience using drug lords as tools in political wrangling in shitpot countries.

Oh, well...maybe they can learn on the fly.

Iraq

...to employ drug lords to help their cause.

If that doesn't work they can draw on their experiences in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Chicago, New Orleans, Miami, D.C., San Francisco, or Detroit

Sadly, working with drugs, drug cartels, and other assorted drug "kingpins" is not an area where the Gubmint is exactly lacking in experience.
