fp Old Duffer Registered: 03/15/99 Posts: 2967 Loc: Hoquiam,WA.USA	It's easy I guess? Really don't know as I had Plantar Fasciitis for 4 months then it went away but my heel started hurting. Doctor call and xrays showed a crack on the heel. So, for now, I on a walking cast and it hurts like a mofo. fp Old Duffer Registered: 03/15/99 Posts: 2967 Loc: Hoquiam,WA.USA	6 of us went today and diggn' was excellent. I'm a bit broken so my wife dug both of our limits. Some a bit small, some a bit bigger but all good. I didn't even have to get out of my car. Darn-it! fp
